SANDVIK - LED Lighting Upgrade
Albright completed a LED lighting upgrade for Sandvik at their Totowa NJ, location saving them over $10,000 per year on their annual electricity costs. We also filed the paperwork with the NJCEP to secure a rebate of $8,300 giving the project an ROI of 18.2 Months. This project alone will save Sandvik over $129,000 over the next 10 years. The project consisted of replacing ole inefficient metal halide highbays with new Linear LED highbay fixtures and retrofitting office fixtures with new LED tubes. The facility is now well lit and saving both energy and money.
Unimac Graphics - LED Lighting Upgrade
Unimac Graphics is not your typical printing company. Unimac prints for some of the most well known brands and many Fortune 500 companies so color accuracy is very important to them. Unimac chose Albright to complete a LED Lighting upgrade of their Carlstadt NJ, location. This project consisted replacing old inefficient metal halide highbays, completing a new lighting layout in many areas and retrofitting more than 750 office fixtures to LED. Albright completed the project and was able to secure a $48,000 rebate through the New Jersey Clean Energy Program. Unimac was able to reduce their annual lighting expenses by 80% and the project achieved a 10 month ROI.
Bloomfield College - LED Lighting Upgrade
Bloomfield College was looking to upgrade to energy efficient LED lighting in their Liberty Street building. Albright completed the upgrade using Cree LED fixtures with daylight dimming and vacancy controls to provide top quality lighting and energy savings that would pay dividends for years to come. Bloomfield College was also able to qualify for $36,000 in rebates through the New Jersey Clean Energy Program. Upgrades included replacing 2x4 fluorescent fixtures with CREE architectural LED fixtures, installing lighting controls and replacing outdoor metal halides with LED parking lot fixtures.
National Wholesale Liquidators - Lighting Upgrade
National Wholesale Liquidators and Albright go way back. Albright has upgraded the lighting in 5 locations for NWL over the years. In their flagship location in the heart of New Jersey on route 17 Albright upgraded over 1000 fixtures including metal halides and T-12s to high efficiency T8 highbays. Albright was able to secure a rebate of $38,350 and a 10 Month ROI for the project. No wonder NWL was hooked. Since that first project with NWL we have had a relationship for over 7 years and have had the pleasure to work in 4 of their other locations to provide energy savings and lighting services.
DermaRite - LED Lighting Upgrade
DermaRite manufactures high quality, affordable skin care, advanced wound care, and nutritional products for healthcare and senior-care facilities. Albright was chosen to upgrade their office headquarter lighting to LED as the existing lighting was aging and the space was looking dim. Albright retrofitted their 2x4 T8 fixtures with LED Direct wire tubes saving 60% per tube and also removed all ballasts saving on future maintenance. The overall effect was an office space anyone would love to work at without a shadow in sight.
Retrofitness - Lighting Retrofit
Retro Fitness is built on the idea that you can make progress every day, no matter where you start. Albright started with the metal halide fixtures that were installed and replaced them withT-5 highbays. These new fixtures cut the energy bill in half and provided crisp clean lighting to keep everyone motivated. Retro fitness employees said they were shocked how the new lighting made a difference and really livened up the space.
Fastenation - Lighting Retrofit
FASTENation is a performance driven WOMEN-OWNED fastener company with offices in Clifton, New Jersey and Charleston, South Carolina. Albright was chosen to upgrade their NJ location to a more energy efficient lighting system that would provide the light they needed to keep delivering world class service and products. Albright removed their old metal halide lowbay fixtures and installed 6 lamp T8 Highbays that increased the light in the facility by 2x. Albright also filed all the paperwork to secure a rebate through the New Jersey Clean Energy Program.
Doosan - LED Lighting Upgrade
Doosan is a company with over 37,500 employees and 122 years in business. Doosan chose Albright to upgrade their location in PineBrook NJ. Albright installed new LED highbay fixtures in place of their metal halides and Doosan saw a 70% reduction in energy costs. Albright also completed all the necessary paperwork to secure a rebate with the New Jersey Clean Energy Program. Doosan qualified for a rebate of $14,345 to help cover the cost of the upgrade.
Yamato - Lighting Upgrade & Sensors
YAMATO Transport USA is part of YAMATO Holdings, Japan's largest door-to-door delivery service company with a market share of 46.7 percent. Yamato chose Albright to upgrade their Secaucus NJ location and rid them of the dim 1000watt and 400watt metal halide fixtures. Albright removed all the existing fixtures and installed new highbay fixtures with occupancy sensors to save 70% on most of the fixtures Albright also secured a rebate for $17,430.
International Food Warehouse - Lighting Upgrade
International Food Warehouse carries food from every country imaginable and is adjacent to National Wholesale Liquidators. This high traffic supermarket was plagued with poor lighting caused by aging lowbay metal halide fixtures. Albright removed every fixture and installed new high-efficieny T8 lowbays which were the top of line at the time. Albright was able to 2x the light output and make the store feel as inviting as the countries food it carries. Albright completed the project during off hours so as not to disturb the customers.
Everest Marble - Lighting Upgrade & Sensors
Everest Marble wanted to work with Albright to get their electric bill down and to light their facility to showcase some of the worlds best looking granite and marbles slabs. Albright removed the old inefficient matal halide fixtures and installed T5 highbays to really brighten up the facility. Albright worked around the huge marble slabs and performed the work during off hours to not interfere with the steady stream of customers.
